Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is the process that assists a person in recovering from a serious injury or maintenance to physical abilities with persons with chronic conditions. These sessions include physical therapy which helps with strength, mobility, proprioception, balance, and overall fitness. Insuring our patients have quality of life.

Biokinetics programmes offer support to these individuals by increasing physical activity levels to improve strength and mobility to both maintain and slow the progression of the condition.

Functional Training

Private sessions for the persons who want to either get fitter or maintain their current fitness levels, during these sessions we will explore exercises that help you perform activities in everyday life more easily. These exercises typically use the whole body — multiple muscles — and emphasize core strength and stability. Each session is designed specifically for the individual.

Group Classes

4 people per hour, completing a variety of movements and exercises that will without a doubt increase their heart rate and keep them sweating for a solid hour. The end goal for these types of classes is to Improve the quality of overall health for everyone. All shapes and sizes are welcome.

Mighty Mini's

Children need stimulation too! Physical activity has numerous benefits for kids, such as:

Bring the kids along for an hour filled with fun, exciting and interesting exercises which will help improve your children’s balance, proprioception, core strength, flexibility and motor control.


Vitality Assessments

The Vitality Fitness Assessment is made up of two parts – the first part measures your cardio-vascular fitness and the second measures your strength and flexibility. From your results, we can then come up with a way forward providing you with detailed information on what you need to focus on in order to get fitter and stronger.
